Programs, artists, and dates are subject to change without notice. All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Ticket Exchanges: Great Performances at Mason Subscribers may exchange tickets for free up to the day before the date printed on the ticket(s) to another Great Performances at Mason event within the same season. All other Center for the Arts ticket buyers may exchange their tickets for a fee of $2.50 per ticket with a maximum of $10.00 per order. Tickets may be exchanged by returning the tickets to the ticket office. Tickets must be returned in person or by mail, or by providing proof that the tickets have been destroyed by fax (703-993-8650) or email before the exchange can be completed. Subscribers may also exchange their tickets online by using Manage My Tickets. For more information, please call the subscriber helpline at 703-993-2787.
Lost or Forgotten Tickets: If you lose or forget your tickets, please call or visit the ticket office to have your tickets reprinted for an event with reserved seating. Tickets to general admission events cannot be reprinted.
Ticket Donations: Tickets can be returned to the Ticket Office prior to the start of a performance as a tax-deductible contribution. A letter acknowledging this contribution will be mailed to the patron for tax purposes.

Start times and late seating: The Center for the Arts works closely with the artists to start all performances on time. All patrons are required to be seated before a performance begins. Late seating will be done at appropriate breaks in the performances and as designated by the artist.
Ticket Sales 30 minutes prior to performances: Starting 30 minutes prior to each performance, ticket sales and exchanges will only be made for that performance. No ticket sales or exchanges for other performances will be made. This is to ensure that ticket windows are available to patrons who need help with issues pertaining to the performance that day. There is no exception to this policy. The ticket windows will be open through intermission to handle any exchanges or purchases for upcoming events.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the ticket window or by phone during regular business hours. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be purchased in any amount. Gift certificates may be used to purchase tickets for any performances presented by the Center for the Arts. They may not be used for tickets to performances presented by rental clients.
Children: All performances require every person to have a ticket, including children, regardless of age. Youth Discounts are available for youth and children through grade 12 for all Great Performances at Mason events. Parental discretion about performances most suitable for their children is advised.
